Finally we have it finished and we have new pictures on the website our of NEW SaberTooth 8100. This is our first Stand Alone tube cutting machine that does not require a CNC Plasma Cutting table to be able to use it. Since it is stand alone it is all contained in one compact unit that has a small footprint for such a big machine. It is roughly only 30″ wide and 10′ long and used a machine torch outfitted with full Auto THC. This unit is capable of cutting up to 10″ steel pipe by 8′ long. We can custom build units to cut longer pipe if needed, just let us know your needs. The unit comes complete with machine, THC, motion controller and PC for under $14,000. The pipe holding system allow user to cut pipe from 2″ in diameter all the way thru 10″ and the beautiful part is that your pieces do not hit the floor when they are cut as the pipe suppport holds your pieces until ready to use them. This system will allow you to cut any round tubing for pipe saddles and notches, fishmouths and even signage if needed. The possiblities are endless! There is a video of this tubecutter being produce so you might see this guy in action.
We are in the process of building a machine similar but made for wood applications for cutting 3D images into your wood columns, so keep an eye out at our Blog for new updates!
Finally, we have come out with our new stand alone CNC Tube Cutter. You will no longer just have to use an attachment with your CNC table. You can now have the flexibility of a truly unique designs Tube Cutter without having to take up all the shop space of a full CNC Plasma Table. Our new Tube Cutter has a full trough to support the whole length of tubing with roller balls installed for various size tubing. The new design will cut from 2″ pipe all the way up to 10″ pipe.
