We have just come out with a new Plasma Cutting table that is going to revolutionize the industry when it comes to the most affordable precision plasma cutting table on the market. This table has everything…and I am not joking. It starts off not with Cam followers for guides, not even V-groove wheels, but Linear guides. The table also has a water table built right in, and there is no extra charge for this. This is normally at least a $1000 option! We are also including a state-of-the-art Digital Automatic Torch Height control that has features you will only find in High-end THCs costing over $8,000. This Auto THC is fully controlled through Mach 3. The table comes with dual drive motors on the Y-axis…yes two motors and transmissions, no jack-shafts here. It also has 3 to 1 Belt drive transmissions to give high step resolution with added torque, giving the gantry better acceleration and deceleration around the corners giving you great cuts. It comes with computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse. It also comes with all the software you need to draw and make G-code to run the Mach 3 controller software that runs the machine. It comes with an air compressor and a Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 39 plasma cutter, good for cutting the thinest metal up to 1/4″ with no problem. The Blaze 2 also comes with an art package that is second to none worth over $500. Shipping is even included to the lower 48 states. So, what else do you need, except to have customers lined up to start buying your CNC plasma cut art or parts!

Finally we have it finished and we have new pictures on the website our of NEW SaberTooth 8100. This is our first Stand Alone tube cutting machine that does not require a CNC Plasma Cutting table to be able to use it. Since it is stand alone it is all contained in one compact unit that has a small footprint for such a big machine. It is roughly only 30″ wide and 10′ long and used a machine torch outfitted with full Auto THC. This unit is capable of cutting up to 10″ steel pipe by 8′ long. We can custom build units to cut longer pipe if needed, just let us know your needs. The unit comes complete with machine, THC, motion controller and PC for under $14,000. The pipe holding system allow user to cut pipe from 2″ in diameter all the way thru 10″ and the beautiful part is that your pieces do not hit the floor when they are cut as the pipe suppport holds your pieces until ready to use them. This system will allow you to cut any round tubing for pipe saddles and notches, fishmouths and even signage if needed. The possiblities are endless! There is a video of this tubecutter being produce so you might see this guy in action.

We are excited to tell everyone of our new upgrades on our CNC Controllers
1. Our new CNC Plasma Cutting tables or Routers can now be purchased with 5 axis
of steppers or 5 axis Servo.
2. Routers or Plasma Cutters can be ordered with 5 axis or 5.5 axis (5.5 has one axis
hardwire slaved to Y axis). You can have a dual drive gantry AND 4
more full axis of movement. 6 Geckos ARR- ARR !!!
3. New SPSC (Smart Power Controller) “A” version starts shipping with
our tables starting April 20. New improved design has faster processor, (responds to
fault conditions in micro-seconds). Full RS232 communications to the
control PC. Will Ship with new MACH screens that show Power
Controller conditions (including internal temps, and any fault
condition (in English) an MACH screens. On servo systems you will get
a message like: “Gecko Fault X axis” (example). Dynamic load bar
shows power supply load.

Thermal Dynamics is coming out with a new series of Plasma Torches. These cutters are a new generation and have a lot more features than previous models. They also have a lot more punch!
