Each PlasmaRoute CNC Plasma or Router Table comes equipped with our Basic Control Module—an excellent computer interface which, in addition to the features listed below, is also compatible with our PlasmaRoute CNC Remote Control.

PlasmaRoute’s Automatic Torch Height Control is an upgrade option when you customize your PlasmaRoute CNC Plasma Table or Plasma Conversion Kit.   Automatic Torch Height Control actually increases the precision of your cut, while reducing consumables replacement.

PlasmaRoute’s Automatic Torch Height Control constantly measures the tip voltage, and adjusts the plasma torch up or down to follow the surface irregularities caused by the heat generated during the cutting operation.  In addition, our Torch Height Control features “Arc Good” sensing, so the machine will not move unless there’s a good arc.
