1) By “legitimate competitor,” we mean an established, verifiable company that manufactures, and sells to the public, CNC plasma and/or CNC router tables--not your cousin or buddy or guy from craigslist or ebay who builds these things in his garage.
2) The competitor’s quote must be in writing, on company letterhead or quote form, and addressed to you.
3) The quote must be for a NEW (not a used, demo, or refurb model) and comparable CNC system, with the same items and features offered by PlasmaRoute CNC, L.L.C. (compare “apples to apples,” such as comparable table size, comparable guide system, similar belt reduction ratio, outfitted with Digital Torch Height Control w/lifter, optional fully functional Z-Drive for 3D routing, computer system, remote controls, plasma torch,etc.)
4) Low Price Guarantee applies only to CNC tables and CNC systems, not to individual items or components (e.g. Guarantee does not apply to the sale of only a plasma cutter, only a torch height control unit, only motors, etc.).
5) Guarantee will not apply to any quote that appears to be forged, fabricated, or bogus.
6) Guarantee will not apply to any quote listing a complete package price that is unrealistically below fair market value for like product.
7) This offer may be discontinued at any time, without prior notice.
8) Any written quote you may receive from PlasmaRoute CNC, L.L.C., as a result of this Low Price Guarantee promotion, will remain valid for a period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days after issuance, regardless of whether or not the Guarantee is still being offered to the public.
9) All terms and conditions will apply to any sale resulting from the Low Price Guarantee, except for the deposit requirement. (see #10, below)
10) Deposit required as follows: 50% for CNC table & electronics, plus 100% full payment for plasma cutter/torch and/or high frequency spindle.
